Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week with occasional Saturday shifts

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the hospital calendar efficiently
- Answer phones and emails promptly and courteously
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Maintain accurate client and patient information within medical records
- Assist with general administrative and front desk responsibilities
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to support efficient patient flow
- Help create a welcoming and positive client experience
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous customer service experience required
- Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
