Mary Ellsworth, DVM

Dr. Mary Ellsworth has lived and practiced veterinary medicine in Washington for over 20 years. Before becoming a veterinarian, she worked as a veterinary technician in critical care, internal medicine, and shelter medicine while attending school in California. She earned her veterinary degree from Washington State University and went on to complete a rotating internship in surgery and internal medicine at Veterinary Specialty Center.

Dr. Ellsworth spent a decade working in emergency medicine in the Issaquah area before joining Cobblestone Animal Hospital, where she continues to provide compassionate, high-quality care. She has additional training in ultrasound and endoscopy and has a special passion for caring for senior pets. She takes pride in developing thoughtful treatment plans to help her geriatric patients live their golden years as comfortably as possible.

Outside of work, Dr. Ellsworth enjoys antique shopping and exploring the city with her partner and daughter. Her home is happily shared with a French Bulldog named Luna, two cats (Sophie and Harriet), chickens, ducks, and a bearded dragon named Rodeo.
